Marlette Regional Hospital Hospice Program, United Hospice, will be the first of its kinds in Michigan to offer a comprehensive range of hospice services under one organization. This 6-bed, 7,200 square foot facility will provide residents home-like care for patients suffering from a terminal illness. The private rooms are spacious and will enable direct access from the room to a park-like courtyard. "The residential environment" is designed to fulfill the medical, spiritual, and family support needs for those diagnosed with a terminal condition when the family resources aren't available to care for these individuals in their own homes.

Marlette Regional Hospital's physical therapy department enables the expansion of existing services as well as additional unique new capabilities. An inground therapy pool will be the first of its kind in the region. The construction of an adjacent enclosed atrium will create a stunning view for patients while they are in the department.
