I will start off this post with credited resource information that will lay the foundation of a big dilemma in the state of Michigan.

Here is a link defining some very "dirty" information on some of what Sanilac county is deeming "too time-consuming, and expensive" for the environment and it's inhabitants. In this article by Eric Levine has reported that not many of the citizens are following the rules on disposing their recyclable waste. Instead of rolling off 4 recyclable vexes in 3 commissioner districts. I feel instead there is needed regulation, surveillance, and consequence implementation.
How can a program survive if it's main characteristics are flawed and not well thought up? There is or was a recycling center advisory board if I'm not mistaken. I have only been here for a short period. I am somewhat on the stricter side of environmentalism.
