1. What are Marlette Chamber Bucks?

Bucks were designed to encourage people to shop locally, therefore keeping money in our local community. Marlette Chamber Bucks can be purchased in denominations of $5, $10, and $20 and can only be redeemed by local chamber merchants. Members are listed on the back of each certificate.

2. What can Marlette Chamber Bucks be used for?

They work just like cash and are great for gift giving, bonuses to employees, prize money for community events, etc.

3. Who can accept Marlette Chamber Bucks?

As a chamber member you can receive payment for Marlette Chamber Bucks that you've accepted simply by presenting them to Marlette City Hall and redeem the dollar value of bucks you submit.

Anyone.

5. Where can Marlette Chamber Bucks be purchased?

Currently Chamber Bucks can only be purchased at Marlette City Hall and at area events though out the year. If don't wish to accept Marlette Chamber Bucks. Simply let us know by calling City Hall.

1. Where is City Hall and what are the office hours?

City Hall is located in the Municipal Building at 6436 Morris Street. One block south of Marlette Street and one block east on Morris Street. City Hall is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Residents can register at City Hall, Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. You can also call or put in writing that you would like registration material mailed to you or register at the Secretary of State Office.

3. Where do I get an absentee ballot?

Applications for an absentee ballot may be obtained either by calling 989-635-7448 or visiting the Clerk's Office at City Hall anytime Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Parking tickets are handled by the Marlette Police Department. You can pay your parking ticket at the Police Department or in the City Hall office across the hall. Read the instructions on the back of the ticket for more information or call 989-635-2008.
